Do the calibration and use your slope. Keep an eye on it for a few weeks to make sure it is steady.
Oh, and only do this stuff when your SRM has normalized to the room's temperature. If you had the bike out in the cold (as it apparently IS in the northeastern winter) and then went inside to calibrate, you can end up with errors.

Yep, thnx for the feedback. I am going to give it some time and let it "settle out" for a week or so and then calibrate it again. It seems a little jumpy since I reinstalled it so I think it needs to be on the bike for a bit. There is something to be said for them getting more stable the older they get or the longer they are installed?
