Good stuff. Thanks for the info. I stretch for 10 minutes after every ride which has helped to keep my back from hurting as well as my knees. I suffer from ITBS (Tight IT Bands) and haven't been able to run for about 10 years. It rarely bothers me on the bike but running is out of the question. I've tried everything...foam roller, "active release", every stretch under the sun. Like the article says, I'm just as tight the next day. So I guess there are no triathlons in my future. They look pretty boring to me anyway. Thanks again.
